Banff Hotel Rooms

The Banff Voyager Inn is one of Banff’s original hotels built in 1964. This unique and traditional hotel features 88 spacious guestrooms in a two-storey structure. Of the 88 guestrooms, 86 feature 2-queen beds. There is one king room and one jacuzzi suite with a queen bed. The Banff Voyager Inn's hotel rooms were designed with the budget conscious traveller in mind and offers clean, comfortable and continually renovated non-smoking accommodations in a warm, friendly environment at an affordable price. We are Pet Friendly! 

The Banff Voyager Inn provides exceptional pet amenities and services. By choosing the Banff Voyager Inn you are choosing to stay at a hotel which has distinguished itself as a member of a unique group of accommodation providers who cater to the experience of the pet-toting traveler.

Not only are we are pleased to accept pets, we welcome pet-toting travelers with the same level of service and hospitality as would be offered to guests without pets.

An additional pet guest fee of CAD $20 (plus taxes) per night is charged when your pet travels with you. This fee directly reflects the costs to thoroughly clean the guest room upon your departure to allow a fresh new room for our next pet guest. We do not believe in charging a financial penalty for simply bringing an animal to stay.

Our Pet Friendly rooms are not a substandard product and are in the same condition as our non pet friendly suites. Nothing but the best for your best friends!

We want our pet guests to have the same experience as our human guests. While we request that pets are never left alone in the room, Pets are allowed outside of their kennel to roam the guest room while in the presence of their owners.Our common areas and public spaces were designed, furnished, and monitored with the safety of your pet in mind, they are free of objects or substances that present a danger to pets (e.g. easily accessible chocolate, nuts, cleaners, etc.).Upon arrival at the Banff Voyager Inn your pet will be welcomed and pet policies will be provided upon check-in. This ensures there are no surprises during your stay. Food and Water Bowls will be in the room and waiting for your arrival.Our pet friendly rooms are located on the ground floor with easy outside access and come equipped with the following to make your pet’s stay as enjoyable as yours.Each guest must observe the following policies to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for you and your fellow guests.

• Small to medium size dogs welcome - under 50 lbs (22 kg)
• One pet permitted per room
• We reserve the right to deny accommodation to any breed deemed aggressive
• Pets cannot be left unattended in guest rooms under any circumstances
• Pets are not permitted in public areas or non-pet friendly rooms
• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet
• Costs of any room damages caused by your pet will be billed to the guest credit card on file
• Disturbances affecting other hotel guests are not acceptable and will result in the immediate eviction of the responsible guest and their pet. Monetary damages may also apply.
